Tokai Cat's Eyes CE-400CF Dreadnought Flattop Acoustic Guitar

You are bidding on CAT'S EYES Acoustic Guitar Made in Japan.
It maybe 70s. Model # is CE-400CF on the label.
Top is Solid Spruce, side and back are laminated Mahogany.
Nut wide is 42mm (1-10/16"), scale length is 645mm (25-3/8").
A distance between top of fret to bottom of strings on 12F,
base E string 2.4mm (8/64"), high E string 1.2mm (7/64").
Neck is bowing in just a tiny bit. The action is very low and easy to play.
There are no buzz fret until 14F.
This guitar sounds very powerful and loud.
There is so many tiny scratches.
There is one fixed crack on the top close to pick guard.
The bridge pins are not all same.
It has end pin jack and piezo pick up but it doesn't work.
No case.
