You are bidding on MORRIS Acoustic Guitar Made in Japan.
It should be 70s. Model # is W-60 on the label, Solid spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood side, Brazilian Rosewood and Chestnut 3pcs back.
Side and back don't look like Brazilian Rosewood. It looks normal Rosewood.
I am not sure which wood. Some website say W-60 should be Jacaranda S&B.
Nut wide is 42mm (1-10/16"), scale length is 655mm (25-3/4").
A distance between top of fret to bottom of strings on 12F,
base E string 2.5mm (6/64"), high E string 2.2mm (5/64"). It is very nice action.
The neck looks straight. The nut between 4th and 5th string has tiny chipped out. But it has no problem to play.
There is many crack on the top. Specially under the bridge high E side.
It has in bridge piezo pick up and end pin jack.
Please see my friend Guitar duo "OKABAYASHI" playing this guitar demo. Right side guy.
