You are bidding on Morris Round Shoulder Acoustic Guitar Made in Japan.
I think top is Spruce. Side and back looks Brazilian Rosewood. I am not sure.
Nut wide is 43mm (1-11/16"), scale length is 654mm (25-3/4").
A distance between top of fret to bottom of strings on 12F,
base E string 3.6mm (9/64"), high E string 3.3mm (8/64").
Neck looks straight.
On the back, close to neck end, it repaired with epoxy glue. It looks pretty bad. Amateur work.
