Terada Morris W-40 Dreadnought Flattop Acoustic Guitar

You are bidding on Morris Dreadnought Acoustic Guitar Made in Japan.
It should be 70s. Terada Gakki made. Model # is W-40,
Solid spruce top, Brazilian rosewood side and Brazilian rosewood and maple 3 pieces back.
Nut wide is 42mm (1-11/16"), scale length is 652mm (25-5/8").
A distance between top of fret to bottom of strings on 12F,
base E string 2.3mm (6/64"), high E string 2.1mm (5/64").
Neck looks straight.　There is so many tiny scratches and dent.
NO end pin and case.
One of bridge pin is different.
The position mark are changed.
The finger board with the position mark were sanded.
So, you can see different color for the finger board.
