It should be 70s or 80s made by Tokai Gakki.
I could not see the model# and Serial#, Spruce top and Mahogany S&B All laminate wood.
Nut wide is 43mm (1-11/16") , scale length is 654mm (25-3/4").
A distance between top of fret to bottom of strings on 12F,
base E string 3.6mm (9/64"), high E string 2.9mm (7/64").
Neck looks bow a just little bit.
There is many tiny scratches and dent.
Sound is pretty good.
